NON-ACCEPTANCE OR CANCELLATION OF ORDER (ROOM BOOKING / RESERVATION)

(a) If you cancel the room booking / reservation before your check-in date, we reserve the right to invoice you and charge for all expenses involved in reservation as per your order.

(b) If you cancel the room booking / reservation on OR after your check-in date, we reserve the right to charge you for all expenses incurred to that stage.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

As per Our Refund and Cancellation Policy, We do not provide any refund in the event of room booking / reservation cancellation for any reason.
